Drought is one of the most harmful abiotic stresses to plant growth, which directly causes a substantial reduction in yield crops worldwide. The purpose this paper study and analyze genome sequencing drought resistance expression mulberry hybrids. Using seeds F1 generation hybrid combination Gui Sangyou Cesha series that have been collected at stage with good phenotype resistance, characters can be stably inherited, were treated LNaCl solution, germination rate after treatment, data potential, index, salt damage index other traits used comprehensively evaluate tolerance various resources; seedlings culture medium containing 45% PEG6000, survival each treatment was compared its tolerance. two kinds analyzed, comprehensive different germplasm resources classified. transcriptome (RNA-seq) technology, trees sequenced under conditions. Simple measurements are performed, along identification assays associated bioinformatics analysis.
